Is advance payment required?
No. We don't take advance payments for any standard booking. You pay after the ride — by UPI, debit/credit card or cash. Multi-day tour packages may need a small confirmation amount during peak season.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup. Late cancellations are charged ₹200. No-shows are charged minimum 1-hour fare.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes — every ride generates a GST invoice. Useful for corporate accounts and claim reimbursements. Add your GSTIN in the notes when booking.
Are Capital Cab fares fixed or metered?
All our fares are fixed and all-inclusive — fuel, tolls, parking and driver allowance baked in. No surge pricing, no night charges, no hidden 'driver bhatta'.
